Metal Punching Services in Ohio
Eaton Fabricating provides CNC turret punching services in Ohio for sheet metal parts that need holes, slots, louvers, and formed features in a cost-effective production process. With three Trumpf Trumatic TC500 punching centers and a tooling library built over 30+ years, we can handle a wide catalog of shapes without waiting for custom punch tooling on every job.
Turret punching remains one of the fastest ways to produce perforated panels, brackets, enclosures, and structural plates—especially in moderate volumes where laser cutting alone may not be the most economical choice.

Tooling & Feature Flexibility
Our accumulated tooling catalog includes many standard shapes, sizes, and profile tools—supporting diverse OEM and job-shop requirements. Punching pairs well with precision bending and welding when parts move from flat blanks to finished assemblies.
When to Choose Punching vs. Laser Cutting
Punching excels on parts with repetitive hole patterns, formed louvers, and features where dedicated tools improve cycle time. For intricate contours or thick plate, our Trumpf laser cutting department may be the better fit. Eaton Fab helps engineers select the right process based on material, thickness, tolerance, and volume.
